Welcome, I'm Sadie Ray. ​

I'm a breathworker, teacher, and intuitive bodyworker. 

I grew up deep in the mountains of Colorado,  roaming the pine forests and aspen groves  and learning to navigate with an internal compass that somehow knew the way home no matter how deep into the woods we went. Now, I reside in the great mother mountains of Appalachia and I find myself navigating an entirely different terrain both in these beautiful mountains and in my bodywork studio where I find the terrain of the nervous system just as mesmerizing and fascinating.  

I have spent decades studying the terrain of the nervous system, the fluid body, and the myofascial system. The maps are drawn both from grounded biological science and from a deep listening to the wisdom within the body.  As a  bodyworker, it's my job to journey with you, like a trail guide who can recognize landmarks and help you choose a route that fits your unique traveling style. Maybe you're here to find relief from pain, or to process difficult experiences, or maybe your destination isn't known yet. Maybe you just love travelling with company and simply want to allow your process to unfold.

My navigational tools come from various modalities such as Body-Based Breathwork, Craniosacral Therapy, Hakomi, Polarity Therapy, and over 20 years of massage and bodywork practice. 

Having a trusted trail guide means we can travel off the beaten path and open to new possibilities for your health and well-being. It would be my great honor to walk beside you in your journey.
